3D laser scan of Mazda BT-50

We had the pleasure of scanning a Mazda BT-50 (2022) for a customer that makes accessory interior parts for a wide range of vehicles.  This customer only wanted very specific parts of the car to be scanned.

The tools we used to laser scan the vehicle were Creaform’s Metra and C-Track system, which utilises their VXElements software for the scanning process. After we scan, we use 3D Systems Geomagic DesignX, Wrap and Studio to clean, process and align the data.
